OVERVIEW

This was a greenfields building which was purchased after it had been rezoned. The building comprised 2 170 sqm of sectional title offices raging in size from 161 sqm to 473sqm.

KPFA were commissioned to execute the design which included materials that allowed for low maintenance and high durability.

OUTCOME

With the majority of owners occupying their own space, vacancies are minimal. The subsequent upgrading of Witkoppen Road and the expansion of Sunninghill and Fourways has ensured the long term investment potential of the property for the owners.

The building was completed on time and on budget.
